Digital Product — No Refunds

MapGem is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered to your email address.


Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error
  • You did not receive access to the map after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue
