2. Product Description

MapGem provides a curated, interactive Google Maps guide of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Product is a digital good delivered via email as a Google Maps link. Access is granted to the email address provided at purchase.

3. Purchase and Access

• The Product is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access.
• Access is tied to the email address you provide after purchase. You must use the same email to log in to Google Maps.
• Each purchase grants access to one user. Sharing access is not permitted.
• Delivery is typically within 30 minutes of confirming your email address after purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once the Product has been delivered. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

All content within the MapGem product, including descriptions, recommendations, and curated locations, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Product.

MapGem is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of location information. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Product. Business hours, availability, and details of listed locations may change without notice.

8. Updates

We regularly update the map with new locations and information. Updates are applied automatically and are included in your purchase at no additional cost.
